Successful nonprofit and philanthropic organizations have characteristics that make them essential to their communities: a vision that's forward-thinking and attainable; effective, creative strategies that bring their missions to life; quality experiences for audiences, donors, clients and grantees, and governance and management practices that earn the confidence of stakeholders.
We have more than 25 years of experience strengthening organizations and their programs, and working with the people who make an organization's vision a reality -- board members, nonprofit executives, educators, managers and staff, clients, artists, grant makers and other stakeholders. We're always happy to meet or schedule a call to learn more about your needs and discuss how we might be able to help. (This website is best viewed using Safari, Firefox or Chrome web browsers.) |
